Community Guidelines
These guidelines help keep Joournals respectful, safe, constructive, and aligned with the values of the Montessori community.
Respect and inclusion
Treat each person with care and dignity. Welcome different experiences and perspectives, and avoid language or actions that exclude, shame, or harass others.
Student safety and privacy
Do not post private, identifying, or sensitive information about children or young people. Consider safety first in every contribution and conversation.
Permission to share images and work
Only share photographs, recordings, or work when you have appropriate permission from the people and groups involved. When in doubt, do not publish.
Copyright and appropriate attribution
Share original work or material you are allowed to use. Name creators and collaborators clearly, and do not present someone else’s work as your own.
Constructive participation
Contribute with a spirit of learning and collaboration. Offer feedback that is specific, thoughtful, and useful to the people and projects being discussed.
Reporting concerns and moderation
If you notice content or behaviour that may be unsafe or inconsistent with these guidelines, use the contact page to raise the concern. Community spaces may be reviewed to help protect respectful participation.
